USAID Regional Trade Liberalization and Customs Project (RTLC) and Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia (EFCA) invite expert analytical organizations and independent experts to conduct a study on "Free Economic Zone in Sogdiyskaya oblast - Concept on Creation of Logistics Center in Fergana valley".
Objective of the Study is to analyze the role of the proposed Logistics Center in Free Economic Zone (FEZ) "Sughd" in the development of regional trade and prepare the Feasibility Study for its creation.
The Contractor shall provide the following deliverables:
1. Economic and Trade Analysis of creation of Logistics Center in FEZ "Sughd".
2. Preliminary Feasibility Study for creation of Logistics Center in FEZ "Sughd".

The study is scheduled for May-September 2010.

EFCA announces the results of the tender on provision of Advisory services on Strategic development for Kazakh Economic University named after T. Ryskulov (KazEU). The tender committee on the abovementioned competition has selected the William Davidson Institute (Michigan, USA) team to provide strategic advisory services for KazEU
